Alex Garay PTA, CKTP
Alex Garay PTA, CKTP was born in Los Angeles and moved to Arizona in 1995. In 2002, shortly after high school, Alex joined the Army as a combat medic and served three tours in Iraq where he was a medic assigned to 1st of the 15 Infantry Company 3rd brigade 3rd Infantry Division. Alex was assigned to Headquarters Company during the invasion in 2003. During his second tour he was the medic for the scout and sniper reconnaissance section in 2005. During his last tour, 2007-2008, he was a Sergeant and the senior line medic for the 56th Military Police Company out of Williams Field Airport in Mesa AZ.
Upon his return to Arizona, Alex attended Pima Medical Institute and received his associates of science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2010. Alex is currently finishing up his last class for his Bachelors in Healthcare Administration from Pima Medical Institute. Alex is extremely knowledgable with Mulligan mobilization techniques, trigger point/positional/myofascial release, and is certified in kinesio taping and ASTYM.
In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Evelyn and 2 children Noah and Sophia. Alex enjoys participating in outdoor activities and hiking.
