At Ignite kinesio tape is combined with manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and gait training to improve the outcomes of patients.  At Ignite when a therapist uses kinesio tape, it can affect seven physiological systems: skin, fascia, muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and circulatory/lymphatic.

At Ignite, therapists use kinesio tape to reduce and or alleviate pain.  Some of the ways kinesio tape can reduce and or alleviate pain is by facilitating (activating) muscle contraction, inhibiting (relaxing) and providing the muscle a to stretch further, and by a space correction to reduce swelling at a joint to reduce pressure and allow proper Rang of Motion at a joint.

Kinesio tape can assist athletes of all ages pre workouts, during, and post workouts.  At Ignite kinesio tape can be used to stabilize joints for certain movement and allow range of motion without the bulky application. Therapist at Ignite can apply the tape to an athlete to facilitate muscle contraction to improve the twitch and contraction of muscles. The therapist can all so us kinesio tape to inhibit muscles to improve tissue flexibility. Therapist can use the tape on muscle strains
